Have a Grateful Day :)

Welcome November! I may appreciate what November brings more than any other month, Gratitude!

A grateful heart is a joyful mind. Gratitude is beyond a thank you or an emotion it is a mindset. A practice if gratitude is scientifically proven to improve health and wellbeing. It stimulates the brain creating more emotions of joy, optimism and happiness. Practicing gratitude trains the brain to be more compassionate and giving. We begin to connect to something greater feeling less alone or isolated. Which is sooo important for what we are experiencing globally.

November 1st and 2nd signifies Dia de los muertos or Day of the Dead. This is the time of year that many cultures honor their ancestors and lost loved ones. In Mexico the celebrations include leaving sweet offerings to those that have past. With the Full Moon shinning overhead we are reminded once again to reflect on the past cycles and seasons. To look back from where we came and consciously choose what steps to take towards the future.

We invite you to join us for a month committed to raising each other up, to acknowledge all the ways we are blessed and to set an intention of true gratitude. for 27 days we will lead you thru 4 sun salutations daily. At the start of each round we will pause to invite a grateful thought. Finding 108 ways to be Thankful. Share your experience on our community forum so we may inspire each other.
