A very special Full Moon... the Guru Purnima!
This is the full moon of the wise ones, the teachers, the unveiling to see the truth.
We begin with a lunar flow practice, inviting fluid movement and embodied awareness, encouraging energy to circulate and expand. You will then be immersed in a sound session, where tones and frequencies support harmony within the nervous system and subtle body. Tune in with a Full Moon mantra meditation. The evening concludes with a fire & water ritual.
