1:00- Welcome & Journaling practice. Receive a Rose Quartz to aid in releasing
1:15- Restorative yoga
2:00- Sound bath
2:45- Collect stones, and set an intention for them
3:15- Introduction on chanting and Mantras; Ganesha mantra and Lokah mantra
3:45- Receive a small singing bowl and learn how to play your very own bowl
