Learn the ancient Japanese healing art of Reiki! Study in the Usui Lineage of Natural Healing,
Reiki means “universal energy”, it is welcomed throughout the world as an effective holistic healing-hands technique to promote well-being. By restoring and nourishing the body, empower self-healing of mind, body and spirit. Reiki encourages harmony to the whole-person mentally, emotionally, physically, socially, and spiritually.
Students will graduate this class with a deep understanding of Reiki and be able to confidently apply Reiki techniques
In this course, you will:
~Receive an illustrated manual
~Learn Reiki history, principles and traditional techniques.
~Understanding ethical considerations and responsibilities when practicing Reiki.
~Learning the basic hand positions for self-healing and treating others.
~ Practice the first reiki healing symbol and learn how and when to use it.
~ Understand chakras, aura basics, and more.
~ Learn techniques for grounding oneself, maintaining energetic boundaries, scanning and sensing energy in oneself and others.
~Receive a first Degree Attunement
~Upon completing, you will receive your Reiki Certification
The class is a mix of hands-on practice, group exercise, meditations, open discussion and lecture. All are welcome to take this class for personal or professional interest. No prior experience needed. Come as you ARE!
