Yoga, Pranayama and Rituals to Heal the Heart 

with Tracy Soos Walker, LCPC, CADC, ERYT500 of Nurture Yoga in Richmond IL

In this class participants will be guided pranayama breath techniques, through restorative yin yoga practices, loving kindness meditation and heart opening and closing rituals

Our heart is what helps us to be compassionate, teaches us how to trust and transforms us into positive, loving beings.

But sometimes that big, open heart becomes vulnerable and breaks—whether it is from the grief and loss of a loved one to a breakup to a catastrophic life event.

Gone untreated, our hearts can become more cynical and we can lose little pieces of ourselves.

Tracy Soos Walker, LCPC, CADC, ERYT500

Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Addictions Counselor, and Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor trained through the (2009) Himalayan Yoga & Meditation Center in Palatine IL

I completed my 300 level teacher training program during the first year of the pandemic through Essencia Yoga, in Wheaton, IL under the guidance of Jeannine Busch Clinton; ERYT 500 who is the founder of Essencia Yoga's Registered Yoga School.  I have continued studying the healing art of yoga with the guidance of my teacher, Gabriel Halpern in the Iyengar Yoga System.

I am also a REIKI Master and have specialized training to teach Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Vinyasa yoga , Hatha and Himalayan Yoga and I am certified in Thai Massage under the guidance of Jessi Rae.

I truly believe in the power of nurturing our soul.  Over the past 17 years, I have done extensive research on the benefits of yoga to cultivate a life worth living; One free from stress, anxiety and chronic health issues.

I also am able to conduct individual sessions at the studio, in your home and private via zoom.
