She is also certified in the "western" version of Reiki, including Usui\Holy Fire and Karuna Reiki .
She is a certified reflexologist and studied at the lnternational lnstitute of Reflexology.
Patty is a member of the Shibumi lnternational House of Reiki.

REIKI:
Rei (Universal) ki (energy) is a hands on relaxation and healing technique that helps to increase one's life energy. Reiki energy allows muscles to relax and increases blood flow to treated areas, which in turn quickens the healing process. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method for mind, body and spiritual healing and self-improvement that is beneficial to everyone. In science it is referred to as biofield energy. Reiki is used in over 800 U.S. hospitals and studies have reported improvements in patients sleep, reductions in pain, stress and nausea. As well as faster healing times and a more positive attitude.
A Reiki session feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that surrounds and fills the client and includes feelings of relaxation, peace and well- being that also promote healing. Reiki is mostly administered through the hands with the client lying fully clothed on a massage table or sitting in a chair.
The best way to know Reiki is to experience it for yourself with a session.
REFLEXOLOGY:
Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body. Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumbs and fingers on these reflex areas.
Reflexology helps to: Relieve stress and tension; improves nerve and blood supply; promotes the unblocking of nerve impulses and helps nature to normalize (homeostasis).
ALCHEMY BOWLS:
These bowls are made of 99.99% pure crushed clear quartz which are alchemized with other crystals, gems and metals. These alchemy singing bowls are believed to have meaning and allow people to personalize the way they use them to achieve wellness goals.
