Cranberry Relish
It’s the time of year for some home cooked cranberry relish (just say “no” to the canned variety) so make sure to buy a couple of packs of the fresh cranberries from the fresh section of the grocery store. You can store them in the freezer until you are read to whip up this recipe. This recipe is a little chunky but very smooth. Recipe: Ingredients - 1 pound of cranberries 1 cup fresh orange juice 1 cup dried cherries sugar to taste - usually a 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup salt pepper
